Confirmed: Femi Oke No Longer With CNN International

Confirmed to us this morning by a contact at CNN, Femi Oke is no longer with CNN International. She will definitely be missed by many, and we wish her the best in the future with what she has in store.

Dustin: did the source give any indication on what te reason for Femi's departure was? I am kind of stunned by this news.

It was Tumi Makgabo of SA and later Jeff Koinage and now Femi Oke. Is Aisa Sessay watching. What have all these folks done. Ted Turner, hope you are not re-enacting another white supremacist empire in CNN. The pity

all these comments are so typical of what is wrong with africa. support someone cos the person is african!!! femi may not even see herself as an african!!! she might even have only resigned herself!!!

Not surprised Femi left. CNN is highly unprofessional subjective reporting and tries to make stars of its rather mediocre reporters. I have switched to BBC world instead.
